Residential Cleaning always involves a thorough general cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and pool area and lanai (upon request).

Bathrooms - at each visit we:

• Sanitize toilets, tubs, sinks, vanities and tiles, including behind your toilet!
• Polish all faucets and fixtures, wiping clean cupboard fronts and light surfaces.
• Dust all artwork and ornaments along with any ceiling fans and window blinds.
• Vacuum and mop floors.

Kitchens - at each visit we:

• Sanitize all surfaces using appropriate cleaning products, i.e. granite or marble cleaner, ceramic stove top cleaner.
• Polish all appliances inside and out (exceptions being ovens and dishwasher, unless requested).
• Wipe outside of cupboards, removing smudges or marks.
• Sanitize your sink.
• Empty your trash.
• Empty your dishwasher if it is full and clean.
• Wipe down breakfast bars and bar stools.
• Sanitize and polish kitchen furniture.
• Clean and dust ceiling fans and window blinds.
• Vacuum and mop floors.

Living room, den, dining rooms, offices, great rooms and bedrooms - at each visit we:

• Polish and clean all furniture, mirrors, artwork, ornaments and appliances using appropriate products (to be discussed with our customers prior to our first clean).
• Dust ceiling fans and window blinds.
• Wipe down and clean light fixtures and doors.
• Vacuum carpets and vacuum and mop tile/wood floors.

Pool area and Lanai - upon your request we:

• Wipe down all furniture.
• Dust ceiling fans.
• Vacuum and mop the deck.
• Clean your sliders inside and out.
• Pressure wash deck, screens and windows.
